xFounded in 2015 through Twitter, Anti Social Social Club is an amalgamation of ideas from founder Neek Lurk, who has stated draws inspiration for designs from “negative stuff†that happens in his life. Lurk had no ambitions for the brand to blow up, but it was a tough breakup that inspired him to create a hat that said “I Miss You†on the front and the ASSC logo above the ear. He later designed 12 tees as a photoshop mockup that sold out in quick succession, eventually leading to larger drops due to unexpected demand all throughout Los Angeles. The brand exploded after Kanye West was spotted wearing one of the signature hoodies, with Kim Kardashian later wearing the “I Miss You†cap and multiple other celebs following suit.
