An all-time grail for many, and despite not being Scott’s first venture into the world of sneaker collaborations, this Jordan 1 Retro high OG is widely regarded as being his best. Buttery smooth mocha-shaded suede contrasts against the white tumbled leather, and an aged sail midsole serves as the base of the sneaker. However, the most eye-catching detail is of course the oversized reverse swoosh that adorns the lateral side of the shoe, a design element that would become one of Travis Scott’s hallmarks. Smaller details elevate the sneaker to grail status too, such as Cactus Jack branding on the heel, tongue, and medial side panel. The finishing touch is the hidden stash pocket which can be found inside the collar of the shoe, a subtle nod to the rapper’s well-documented love of marijuana.
